✨ Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Non-Returnable Magical Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Costume Masks (due to hygiene considerations)
- Costume Hair Accessories that have been removed from original packaging
- Union Suits that have been tried on without protective undergarments
- Any customized or altered costumes
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Step 1: Contact Our Magical Support Team

- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Our support team will send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original receipt, and ship to:

💰 Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
