✨ Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Non-Returnable Magical Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Costume Masks (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Costume Hair Accessories that have been removed from original packaging
  • Union Suits that have been tried on without protective undergarments
  • Any customized or altered costumes
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Magical Support Team

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Our support team will send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original receipt, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Request

💰 Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Exchange items will be shipped once the return is processed

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
